Izettle product integration error

    Hello,I am new and find your plugin very helpful and comprehensive. But I’m having problems with syncing in IZettle. Products can be imported into iZettle with the plugin and appear on my.izettle.com web portal. However, they do not appear in the iZettle app that I need for the payment process.

    Products I create on the my.izettle.com portal appear in the IZettle app – exporting data from iZettle makes no difference between the imported products and those I have created on the portal.

    am I the only one who has this problem? Is it the structure of the data during upload or can you identify the error?

    Hello,

    Thanks for downloading!

    Could you please turn on the logging function (you can find it at the advanced section of the plugin settings).

    Do a import of products to iZettle and then send me the logfile that you find at WooCommerce->Status->Logs and send it to [email protected].
