    My score is low for performance. In the print you shared it’s great but for me this value doesn’t appear.
    I have already performed all recommended settings. How do I see the real value? I already deleted the caches.

    Thank you for the information.
    You have a lot of external resources like google fonts and Recaptcha which are loading from the external server and therefore cannot be optimized by any plugin.
    Next, google is simulating the 3G network which adds 4890 ms and is not representative.
    Open your website in Chrome and ispect the source, then go to the lighthouse tab and select the performance option and run an audit for Mobile or desktop:
