    Hi there
    Sorry for the delay in response.
    I suspect that either your theme or another plugin is using the mouse drag event in JavaScript which is causing an issue. Please try the following:

    1) Change themes to the standard wordpress theme and see if this fixes it
    2) Disable each plugin one by one to see which may be causing the issue

    Let me know if any of that helps and we can further identify what the issue is.
