    I believe this error started on January 25 and I cannot run a full scan. I contacted my hosting, Siteground, and they said I’m on the latest MySQL 5.7. What else could be causing this error?

    I just updated the value under Maximum execution time for each scan stage to 30 and I was able to complete a scan.

    Thanks for the update, I would definitely recommend increasing the scan stage as a first effort to resolve your issue. If you have any further problems in future, enable debugging mode in Tools > Diagnostics and paste details of any failures to a new topic. We’ll be glad to help out any time!
