Japanese not processing displaying ??????

  • Hi everyone, I recently registered my company’s website to be hosted at register.com, installed it, but for some reason the Japanese text will NEVER display. In fact, even when I type an entry, after the entry finishes, the Japanese text that I just submitted turns into ‘?????’

    We are using v 3.0.1. I have never experienced this problem before. I have tried many different things that this forum suggested (like going to the db.php file and changing things, etc, etc…) but still no luck. I have reinstalled wordpress about 3 times and still no luck.

    The strange thing is that when I made a test.html file on the same root folder (where wordpress is), the Japanese will display. It seems as though there is something wrong with the actual wordpress not being able to recognize/process the Japanese text…

    Can anyone help me with this? The website is designhomerealty.com
