Java Code Disapeears from PHP files

  • Hello,

    On more than one occasion javascript code has randomly disappeared from certain PHP files. Most recently from Header.Php. What could be causing this?

    Is the theme updating? Any modifications to the theme’s files will erase when the theme updates.

    Does the theme do this automatically? If so is there a way to prevent it from updating without notifying my first.
