JAVA ENABLED, STILL ONLY WORKS ONCE

I was just thinking about this and maybe it is only supposed to work once per IP address…? I guess if it worked for all 10 or so products I applied it to, it would get annoying for the consumer to have to keep clicking it.

Hey, I ran into this problem until I found out how to resolve it.

Pain in the arse, as you need two or three browsers to see how your Age Gate is looking.

Anyway, you need to clear all caches and cookies, and possibly the browser history to get the Age Gate to come back – so that you can click on ‘I’m over 18’, and make it go away again.

Or you could use different browsers and get the same effect.

You are right in you follow up that this is expected. It will only check the users age once per session unless they come to content with an age that requires a higher age.

As for what @steveraven say about testing, if you are logged in and have the admin menu visible, you can toggle the display on and off from the menu bar (look for the padlock icon).
