Google Maps JavaScript API has been loaded directly without loading=async. This can result in suboptimal performance. For best-practice loading patterns please see https://goo.gle/js-api-loading

    Hi Frank (@frank6tg),

Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate it. Although we do support async loading we do not load this way by default. With that said there are plugins available that allow you to load assets in this way if preferred.

The warning in this case is a new recommendation from the Google Maps API, but is not a requirement. As a result, it is up to the site owner to determine how they prefer the API to be loaded.

With that said, we will be adding an option to load assets in this way by default in the future. I hope that helps clear this up. ??
