Javascript Cannot Load in WordPress

    Hi all,

    I found that in WordPress Admin panel, the installed plugin cannot show anything on WordPress Dashboard and showed a message “Ooops! It Appears JavaScript Didn’t Load. There seems to be an issue running JavaScript on your website.” And also when I create a new user at WordPress, the button like “Generate Password” is not function at all.

    I tried to clear the cache but it seemed not working. Is that anything I could do to solve this case? Much Appreciated. Thanks!!

    Thanks for writing in.

    Does it only happen when you have the plugin installed? i.e. Does it work if you disable the plugin?

    It’s possible that you are using a Javascript modification plugin which is causing it to break. The best way to check it is to disable all plugins and switch to the default WordPress theme and see if the issue is still there. Then you can enable them one by one and see which plugin causes the issue to come back.
