Javascript error in Edit Category page

With WordPress 3.8 if I activate the Polylang Plugin 1.3.1 then if I go to Edit Category page I get the Javascript error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method ‘substr’ of undefined
inlineEditTax.init
(anonymous function)
…This error happens only on Edit Category not the first Categories page where you add new categories. There the error doesn’t occur.
