JavaScript Error in Plugin

  • The plugin is returning a JS error at line 5 in script.js:

    Chrome says:

    Uncaught TypeError: Object function (e,t){return new x.fn.init(e,t,r)} has no method 'cookie' script.js?ver=3.7.1:5

    Firefox says:

    TypeError: $.cookie is not a function script.js:5

    Safari says:

    TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating '$.cookie('abc-hide')') script.js:5

    Currently in WP 3.7.1, custom theme, jQuery version 1.10.2
