Hello. I’m using the Office 365 connector to send email. Occasionally an email fails to send, but I cannot resend it from the message log. When I click the “Retry” button I get a javascript error:

    Uncaught TypeError: t.responseJSON is undefined
    /wp-content/plugins/fluent-smtp/assets/admin/js/fluent-mail-admin-app.js?ver=2.2.73:2

    Hello @sherwin_flight,

I understand that you’re encountering a JavaScript error when retrying failed messages in FluentSMTP. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

    • Ensure that you’re using the latest version of both FluentSMTP and WordPress.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
    • Disable all other plugins except FluentSMTP and check if the error still occurs. This will help identify if another plugin is causing a conflict.
    • Contact your hosting provider to determine if there are any firewall settings that may be blocking the email sending process.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please provide us with the following information:

    • The version of FluentSMTP you’re using.
    • The version of WordPress you’re using.
    • A list of All Active Plugins.

This information will help us investigate the issue further and provide you with a more precise solution.
