Javascript file needed?

JS use only for show/hide toggle and smooth scroll. If you don’t use this features you can disable JS: add_filter('lwptoc_enqueue_script', '__return_false');

Sorry for the delay. I actually changed my mind and decided I liked the smooth scroll. Thanks so much for the prompt reply!
