Javascript help to make secondary nav bar dyanimic

    I am just surfing from last 4 hrs but not reaching for the solution.I am using Love Travel Theme from https://www.nicdarkthemes.com , they have secondary navigation on the top . I want to hide secondary nav bar once visitor lands on page but when he scrolls down then it should arise after scrolling to certain pixels same like in DIVI theme by elegant .

    This is my first post on wordpress . hoping for a solution
