Javascript in posts.

Hi,

I have been playing around with using javascript in posts recently and found an awesome plugin called ‘AYB Javascript In Posts’. The problem I’m having is that the javascript works perfectly when entered in the post box, but when I enter the code in the excerpt box it won’t work. I can still use HTML in the excerpt box, just not javascript.

tl;dr: Is it possible to use javascript in the post excerpt using a plugin or some sort of php?
