Javascript is below sidebar instead of footer

Nice plugin, works for me while most other lightbox plugins don’t work or are too heavy.

One problem, however. No matter what I do the Javascript is placed below my sidebar, just above my footer, instead of at the bottom of the page below the footer.

I have the following as last three lines in footer, isn’t your plugin set to place the javascript there due to <?php wp_footer(); ?> being there?
