The script from https://maps.gstatic.com/ and https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/ is added after page loaded, please check the plugin which injecting this code to make it load asynchronously.

For jquery.js Exclude JQuery [OFF] should work, please try to turn it on, purge the cache and check again.

For those inline JS, our plugin does not support to make it async, please try to put it inside and load from a JS file.
