    Hi @watchmakingtools,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’ve reviewed the affected page and it looks like it is optimized by the WP-Optimize plugin. It is likely that the page optimization settings that you have configured in this plugin are breaking the scripts in WPForms. To fix this, I would suggest excluding the WPForms scripts from caching by following the steps in this guide and this one.

    Hope this helps!

WP-Forms is not working on this site https://www.sstlutheranpreschool.com/ I am very upset. I don’t have the pro version on this site, but I have it on others and if this starts happening on the other ones, I’ll have to switch over to some other form plugin. I need help!

The strange thing is that as of today there are 9 entries backed up. I don’t have that enabled, it would cost me another pro-version!!!! I was testing all night without any luck in receiving the emails!!!

    Hey @exdesign,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

I’ve just tested the submission process on both forms on your site but I’m afraid that I cannot reproduce any issue. Here are some screenshots one and two.

In case the issue is related to form notifications, could you please confirm if you have already configured an SMTP plugin? We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

    Thanks!
