Javascript not working on any of the Popup Builder plugin admin pages

    None of the javascript triggers are functioning when I go to any of the Popup Builder pages in the admin – not even javascript for other functions like clearing server cache, etc. On the “List All Popups” page, enabling or disabling does not work, the delete function does not work – both these use javascript. When I try to edit a popup, when I check a box that is supposed to reveal additional fields (Date Range), it does nothing and none of those fields are visible even with the checkboxes checked. Even the tooltips feature (question mark hover) does not work. All of this is JS related. No problems on other admin pages that use JS.

    Everything was working fine when we created the last popups 3 months ago. No updates to any of the plugins since then, but some were added (Wordfence and User Gallery) but I tried disabling those and still same problem. Re-uploaded all the popup plugin files – same. Any ideas? I’m not that adept at troubleshooting JS issues. Is there other APIs involved like googleAPI or other jquery scripts that may have gotten messed up?

  • If you’re using an ad blocker, the js code is blocked by your adblocker, even the admin code.

    @jeremyescott is actually right, this may be an Adblocker issue, as they have blocked our PRO package by mistake, it will be solved soon.
    We have reported this issue in their forum, and the Adblocker team has promised to fix this in their upcoming updates.
