JavaScript On Hover Issue

Hi all,

The navigation on this site is supposed to switch back to the yellow color when the mouse leaves the element – however it stays the same as the onhover colour. Is anyone able to shed some light as to why this is happening? Here’s how the navigation is supposed to work.
