Javascript problem

  • Someone managed to implant some javascript into the footer of my template, only after editing it out, and uploading BRAND NEW files for everything, it STILL pops up.

    How can I delete EVERYTHING without losing my actual posts?

  • Well as long as your database isn’t deleted you’ll be fine. I presume.

    What pops up ? Where ? Using what browser ?
    And unless you gave them permissions, I fail to see how someone can “implant” code there.

    If it’s on “Iconoclasm” there is no javascript there. Did you refresh your cache? Are you sure you don’t have spyware on your computer?

    Who is your host? They can sometimes add a footer to your HTML, if it’s in the agreement. Free hosting is sometimes that way.

    I managed to fix it, removed the malicious script from all template files.
