Javascript/Jquery plugins not working in chrome

Hi..

I am developing 2 websites currently and I have issue when it comes to any javascript plugins like information reel or vertical image scroller..
It does not move or scroll in chrome, only images keeps changing statically in both the sites.. Works fine in All other browsers..
I reinstalled wordpress, chrome, created a new database, created another site just for trial but still those plugins don’t work in any of the three sites..
I did deactivate all plugins.. still the same issue repeats..
If it was a plugin error then it should affected only one site not all the three..
There is no conflict as jquery is loaded just once..

Can anyone guide me how to resolve this.. I haven’t uploaded the site yet..
Please help..
