Javascripts nos included in the footer –> not working

I do not understand why, but the plugin does not work because the js is not included in the footer.

I have wp_footer() in my theme, I disabled W3 total cache and Yoast.

Note that the css is included in the header, but not the js in the footer ??

I don’t see what is the problem.
