Javascripts of disabled plug-ins still loading

Hello Jeff,

I’ve been using your organizer for a while (not crazy about the new sorting design with new columns and red dots I think the switches/checkboxes were a little easier for me to understand).

I recently moved to https, am hosted on Siteground so using their server caching plug-in and am also using Cloudflare “Plus”. I noticed that on my homepage – where I disabled various plug-ins I still see a call for scripts and stylesheets of plug-ins I specifically disabled globally….
