JavaSscript Error DOMException insertAdjacentHTML

Hello Héctor,
given WPP Version 5.3.3 throws the following JavaScript Error. Tested with Chrome and FF newest.
Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute ‘insertAdjacentHTML’ on ‘Element’: The element has no parent.

at XMLHttpRequest.e.onreadystatechange (https://happycarb.de/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popular-posts/assets/js/wpp.min.js?ver=5.3.3:1:490)Overall, Widget is showing entries, but this error should be avoided.

Hi @carstenmeiselbach, it’s been a while!
I just tested 5.3.3 on a fresh WordPress install with only WPP enabled and was not able to reproduce the issue.
Chances are there’s a conflict with a third-party script / plugin. Please follow these troubleshooting instructions and report back your results: I need help with your plugin! What should I do?
