Jazzy Forms: clear form after sending

Hello,

I use Jazzy Forms on several websites, it works great! I just have one small problem…
Some users click the send-button several times, I then get that same message several times in my mailbox.
A solution would be to clear the fields automatically when the user clicks the send-button. Does anyone know if this is possible?
