jcarousel with Specific Images

How can I insert specific images into the carousel?
For example, there needs to be a carousel of the food inserted right after I mention the food items in the restaurant.
Then, later on down the post, I want to only insert specific pictures of the patio area of the restaurant.
I’ve tried all the options I see, but with no success.
When the plugin is asking for “Source of Image”, the options are “post, post=%post_id%, -or- cat=%cat_id%. So how do I use only specific images in the carousel.
