Je ne re?ois pas le code d’authentification de connexion sur ma messagerie

  • Bonjour,

    J’ai installé Solid Security sur mon site web depuis deux mois environ, en paramétrant l’envoi d’un code d’authentification de connexion sur ma messagerie ([email protected])

    Tout fonctionnait correctement jusqu’à ce jour où je ne re?ois plus ce code.

    Je n’arrive donc plus à me connecter à mon site.

    Je précise que je n’ai rien changé et que je re?ois le code pour me connecter à d’autres sites sur lesquels j’ai également installé Solid Security.

  • Hi @emilieveber0612,

    If you are unable to use 2FA to log in to your site, as a workaround add the following code (temporarily) to your wp-config.php file:

    define('ITSEC_DISABLE_TWO_FACTOR', true);

    This will disable 2FA for all users and allow you to login again.

    That said, users should always configure Backup (Authentication) Codes as a second 2FA provider.
