I noticed certain widgets, whether from Elementor itself, or other plugins/addons like Happy Add-ons and Livemesh, were showing on the “backside” (on the Edit with Elementor side of any given page), but were not showing up at all on the front side. Deactivating JEG fixed the issues immediately. Unfortunate, because I like your plugin, but can’t use it in it’s current state!! Please fix!!

    Hello @bradenanderson,

We apologize for the delay in responding and for any inconvenience caused. Could you please explain in more detail the issue you are experiencing? For example, on which page does the issue occur (you can provide a link), which widgets are not displaying, and any other details that could give us clues. We have tried to replicate the issue on our end, but so far, we have not been able to reproduce it.

Additionally, we noticed that you are using the WP-Optimize plugin on your website. Could you try clearing the cache and disabling the minify styles/scripts feature? There is a possibility that the issue you are facing is related to the optimizations performed by this plugin. To confirm this, you can try deactivating all optimization plugins or any plugins that are not related to Elementor.

We will await further updates from you.

    Thank You

I left the link to the page with issues on my original post, but here it is again: https://highdesertdigitaldesign.com/

As for disabling other plugins, I already went through and disabled each of them, one by one, which is how I identified Jeg as the culprit. With that one turned off, everything else works fine. Though I did notice that with WP-Optimize turned off, but Jeg Turned on, I was able to get things working correctly as well. So maybe there is a conflict with Jeg and WP-Optimize? Is that something you are working on patching? If I have to choose between Jeg and my sitespeed score using WP-Optimize, I’d rather keep WP-Optimize.

To answer your other question about which widgets specifically, it seems to be arbitrary, it is not a widget from one plugin or another, but rather random plugins all across the board, including widgets from Elementor, Elementor Add Ons, and Happy Add Ons. Some of these are simply text and heading blocks, others are a bit more “fancy” like Happy Add Ons “Step Flow”, and additionally, a Testimonial Slider that is showing, but not as a slider (just has all the Quotes listed under one another).

    Hello @bradenanderson,

Alright, thank you for the further information. Have you tried deactivating the Minify feature, clearing the cache, and disabling caching from WP-Optimize?

We want to inform you that not all optimization features provided may be suitable for your website. You need to try each optimization feature one by one and see which one is causing some functions on your site not to work properly. Please refer to the WP-Optimize documentation below.

We believe this is not an issue caused by Jeg Elementor Kit. It is common for optimization plugins to cause layout issues or disrupt some functions. We suggest that you first inquire about this matter with the WP-Optimize team. If the WP-Optimize team confirms that our plugin is causing the issue, you can come back to us with the information, and we will work on improving it.

We will be awaiting your next update.

    Thank You
