    Hello,

Looking at the topic history this was raised last year but looks like you closed the issue as resolved due to no response from the original user.

I am having an issue on mobiles where I have a menu with a sub-menu i.e. Web Design (linked to a page) > then package pages under that.

On the mobile if I try and click “Web Design” it doesn’t take me to the page, the only way I can get to this page is by pressing down on “Web Design” and opening the link in a new tab…this really isn’t a great user experience and I would like to get this issue resolved ASAP to go live with a project.

Also, I am using the latest version of the plugin & elementor pro & also Hello Theme, before it comes back that the “theme” is the issue. I am already using the hello theme.

The sub menus work thing on desktop, it is just the mobile. It seems as someone else has raised this issue, there is a bug in this area that needs squashing.

    Many thanks

    Hello @talder88,

We sincerely apologize for our delay in responding. Which forum did you visit earlier?

Regarding the issue you are facing, you can try disabling the Sub Menu Click On Text option in the Mobile Menu Settings section. For more clarity, please see the image below.

    Hi,

Thanks for this, it may be worth just re wording the “Sub Menu Click On Text” as I read that as if enabled I want to be able to click on the sub menu text. Whereas “No” would indicate to me that I want to be able to click it…this was ticked initially for that reason, so this was a user error on my side, but was due to my interpretation of the feature. So can this be reworded to make it clearer or put a tooltip?

Also, the topic I first found when I searched for the issue was https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/jeg-elementor-mobile-menu-sub-menu-bug/

    Many thanks
