Jerome’s Keywords – issues

When I add a tag to a post such as “war” and I then click on the tag “war”, it brings up all my other posts I’ve tagged with “war”, but also posts that haven’t been tagged with “war” because somewhere in the body of the post is the word “warden” or “warren”. Also, for words like “I’m” it does something funny like “I\’m” – is there any way to fix these issues? Thanks.
