JET Gallery not open lightbox – when click open always localization folder

I have a problem with lightbox. I use elementor pro and jet gallery from crocobloc. unfortunately, the lightbox does not work, the first photo always appears (link to the directory where the photo is located) only after pressing the back button in the browser, the lightbox appears.
