    Hi there!

I have found a couple of issues here, first of all, your Jetpack version is out of date – please update it to the newest one (minimum supported version is 8.8).

Then, please check your URL settings. If you check the debugger, you’ll see that your URL is set as gietest.assiduusinc.com/, but your WordPress.com connection lists it as giendoscopy.com/ which may be causing issues.

Once all that is fixed and the issue persists, let us know and we’ll have another look.

    Hello,

I have updated the Jetpack plugin today and I saw some of the post pages showing Jetpack related posts and some of the pages not showing. I just wanted to know why this problem is happening?

I still see the discrepancy in your site URL – this may be causing issues so please make sure you fix that.

If the issue persists after that, I’d suggest checking for plugin conflicts.

    Good day,

I have a similiar issue with the related articles function.
They are displayed, when I’m in the customizing menu, but not on the actual site itself.

    Example Page: https://www.freytag.xyz/?p=341
    Theme: Screenr from famethemes.com

I’ve contacted their support, and they suggested to ask here.

@markxyz, I don’t see any errors on your site. This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please try to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

To make it easier, you can install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Thank you for your help @fresatomica, I’ve tested twenty-tweny and twenty-seventeen without plugins but jetpack. Twenty-tweny won’t show related articles at all, while twenty-seventeen behaves very similar to screenr. Using twenty-seventeen I can see the related articles in the customizer menu, but not on the site itself.

The inbuilt health check reports no errors.

I noticed you are using an external Related Posts plugin on your site, have you installed it because the Jetpack feature was not working, or did you have it on your site before?
Make sure you disable that plugin when troubleshooting.
I’m scheduling a full sync for your site. Please give it around 24 hours to complete, then check if related posts start showing on your site (with Related Posts plugin disabled).

I had enabled a 3rd party plugin to see whether it would work, after it hadn’t worked with Jetpack.
I’ve disabled it at 12:46 UTC (24 hour clock).

Upon re-enabling the feature in Jetpack it just now worked fine.
    See https://www.freytag.xyz/?p=395

    Thank you! @fresatomica

Yay, I’m glad to hear that!

    Good evening,

I’ve been tinkering with my website and jetpack again. Could you have another look?

Looks like after re-enabling jetpack, the feature went offline line.

    Best regards

    Hi there,

I’m not sure what you mean by the feature “going offline” can you explain? When I visit the post you mentioned in your initial inquiry I see related posts here:

    https://gietest.assiduusinc.com/study-single-use-duodenoscopes-a-potential-cost-effective-solution-for-reducing-infection-risk/

You can see what I see at this link: https://d.pr/i/LWvN0x

You see something else on your end, or is there some other issue I am not seeing? Thanks for pointing it out!
