Jet Pack Subscription PlugIn

My jetpack subscribe email displays the url that I have my worpress files in as its different than my actual url. I did it to stay organized. How can i get my subscription email to point suscribers to go to the main url. https://www.dadsmyname.com and NOT to the https://www.dadsmyname.com/root-blog
