Hi, i’ve a caching issue in the mobile menu (built with JetMenu – Crocoblocks).

When the cache is active the burger trigger is not able to open the menu and the submenus.

With WPFC disabled the menu works as expected.

The Croboblock support suggest me to ask you a way to exclude the string correctly.

(now is WPFC is disabled since is a production website but i can provide you credentials of WP dashboard).

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,
“Combine Css” and “Combine Js” options they have never been activated.

All free version options are active except for “Combine Css” and “Combine Js”.

I’ve already tried to exclude from cache the scripts of JetMenu but it did not work.

The following is the answer by Crocoblock Support:

Such issues may be caused by conflicts with the cache plugins. Therefore, you are recommended to add the JetMenu files to the exclusions.
Please, note, that you are recommended to clarify by the cache plugin’s support how to exclude the string correctly as each plugin has its own specific ways and requirements of exclusions.

    /jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
    /jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
    /elementor-pro/
    /elementor/
    /jet-blog/assets/js/lib/slick/slick.min.js
    /jet-elements/
    /jet-menu/

does the problem occur when you enable only the “Cache System” option of wp fastest cache clear all cache?

I’ve tried to enable only the “Cache System” option and then clicked on “Clear All Cache”.

The menu seems is working fine.

and now can you enable only the “Cache System” and “Combine Css” options and clear all cache with minified sources please?

    Thread Starter Gabriele Iacovone

    (@gabriele1986)

Now are enabled only the “Cache System” and “Combine Css” option. The cache and minified sources are empty.

Seems is still working with some browsers (Chrome in iOS) but is not working in others (Firefox and Safari in iOs).

because there are some syntax errors in the css sources. you can analyze your site via: https://www.wpfastestcache.com/css-validator

I’ve fixed some syntax errors but some of those are in the core of Elementor and Woocommerce so in any case it will be a temporary fix.

Maybe the best option is to try another caching plugin.
