    Could you try to update to 2.1.2 once again? You will want to clear your cache in W3 Total Cache, to make sure it doesn’t affect the display of the pages.

    Thanks Jeremy. I thought I did that, but it’s possible that I didn’t. I’ll try again this weekend and let you know how it goes.

    I’m embarrassed to say, that worked. Apparently I forgot to clear the cache before viewing the page. Some days I should just stay in bed.
