I am using Twenty Eleven WordPressand it came with the Jetpack already installed. When I updated the new 2.1.2 today I can not post now. The error I get is,
“Are you sure you want to do this?

    Please try again.
    Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/post.php on this server.”

I am new to this and any help will be appreciated.

    Thank you.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Do you have any cache plugins on your site? If so, could you try to deactivate them, and see if that helps?

Could you also try to deactivate all other plugins, one at a time, in order to find out if one of them conflicts with Jetpack?

HI Jeremy I have one, W3 Total Cache. I will start there. Will let you know something later today.

    Thanks for the reply.

So, I went to the Plugin page, deactivated W3 Total Cache. Instantly there was a update available. It had been updated 4 hours ago. I’m thinking they know there is a problem by now if it is them. I update and activate and now I can use my page post. If I have more problems I will be sure to let you know and if I find the answer I will post it also. Thank you for your help and attention to this.

This has happened a couple of times since and each time I deactivate the plugin and then a new update in a couple of days and it is working ok for now. Trial and error I guess.
