Jetpack

Hello, can you tell me why when I select to hide Jetpack, that it still appears on the menu of an editor user when logged in? When clicked on in the menu though, it says “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page.” I even selected the “user” itself in Menu Editor Pro and Clicked on it and un-hid it, then hid it, but it is still appearing. Its like the permissions are working but it is not hiding it from the menu. Ideas?
