I’m trying to install Jetpack but it says:

    “Plugin install failed.”

    and

    “Destination folder already exists. /home/content/34/10410334/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/”

    How can I fix this?

FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/jetpack/ folder. Then try re-installing.
