Jetpack

I tried to install Jetpack – when doing so it told me I needed to sign up for an account on WordPress.com

Now when I try to log into my www.ads-software.com site: https://www.mumnet.ca

I get this error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /usr/www/users/mumnet/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 335

help!!
