Jetpack

In Jetpack “My Sites” can’t find WP, plugin or themes updates for several sites but persists in saying there is an update.
When I open the system admin for each site WordPress, Plugins and Themes show no updates are available. I refresh the screen and JetPack persist with the same orange background and a text message that an update is available. This is a small area directly below the My Sites part of the header where all the sites are listed and you can choose each website individually or all websites.
Please advise.
