    Hi There,

The Stripe credit card fields on this checkout page a not tall enough to type numbers into. Nothing happens when I click on them either.

When I deactivate the Jetpack plugin the credit card fields go back to normal.

How do I fix this issue so the Jetpack plugin can be activated on this site and not affect the credit card fields.

    Thank you.

  • Hi there,

Thanks for reporting this! Are you still experiencing the problem? I tested putting something in my cart and was able to enter credit card info in the CC fields:

If you are still experiencing problems, can you please confirm:

    1. Are you using WooCommerce’s Stripe plugin, or a third-party plugin?
    2. Try temporarily switching to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the theme may be contributing to the issue.
    3. If the issue persists, try disabling other plugins one by one to check for a possible conflict.

Let us know how that goes!

    Hi Emily,

    Thanks for your reply.

Are you testing the issue on the live site or the staging site? As the issue is present for me on this staging site: https://etnaplants.ie/ep-staging/
I’ve deactivated the Jetpack plugin on the live site so customers can still put through orders.

    Screenshot of checkout on https://etnaplants.ie/ep-staging/:

    1. I am using the WooCommerce Stripe plugin
    2. I activated the Twenty Four theme but then the checkout page just showed code rather than checkout fields
    3. I deactivated all other plugins but deactivating the Jetpack plugin was the only thing that fixed the issue for me

What else can I do to fix this issue?

    Thank you,
    Amy

    Hello @amymcdesign,

Thanks for getting back to us.

It looks like the issue you reported is identified by our development team as a bug and a fix has already been deployed. The fix will be released either as part of Jetpack 13.3.2 or 13.4, the latter of which is scheduled for early May, 2024.

In the meantime, what you can do to work around the issue with your Stripe fields is to ?disable the WooCommerce Analytics module in Jetpack > Settings > Modules.

Hope this was helpful! Please let us know if you need further assistance or if you have additional questions.
