In the dashboard of my WordPress website is the below message regarding my website health. It reads that health is poor and should be improved.

Elementor agreed to work with Jetpack to fix the issue on Github but have not responded.

The server port value is unexpected. Try adding the following to your wp-config.php file: define( ‘JETPACK_SIGNATURE__HTTPS_PORT’, 8080 )

    Hi there, @kimberleypenamon,

I can see that the Jetpack connection is broken, and the error you see at your end might be related to the connection issue.

Can you tell me a bit more about the GH issue you mentioned? Do you have a link to share so we can look at it to get more context?

I dug a bit into your connection issue, and I’d like to see if we can fix it meanwhile. Would you mind temporarily turning off all your caching and security plugins (for example, WP Optimize page cache) and reconnecting Jetpack? A cache or firewall software may have broken the connection via your xmlrpc.php file.

Let me know what you find out, and we’ll take it from there if necessary. Thanks!

    Hey @kimberleypenamon,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
