Jetpack and Webcerber security plugin issue

    Hi Everyone,

    One my website, when i activate the WP cerber security plugin the Jetpack plugin would not connect with wordpress.com at all giving different errors, but as soon as i deactivate WP Cerber and i try connecting the Jetpack plugin works and connects with wordpress.com easily… Your kind assistance would be appreciated. Because i need both plugins on my website. Thanks

    Hello there – it appears your security plugin is deactivating something from the site, which is creating the issue for Jetpack or might be it is blocking the Jetpack.

    First of all, please check if the plugin has the option from where it is deactivating XML-RPC and REST API access. If so, you can enable the XML-RPC and REST API access.

    Also, if the plugin has the option to whitelist IPs, you can whitelist our IPs provided here. Let me know how it went!
