    Hello,
I am creating a local website (WAMP) for the moment, for the future professional activity of my son. I downloaded the “JetPack” extension.
WordPress is well in French but JetPack is not.
How to make JetPack be in French because when I try to make a quote, an invoice, the creation of a customer account … everything is in English and it is not correct for my use because his future customers are French and not English.
I also have a second question. Is it possible to integrate to Jetpack, a form created with WPForms? WPForms forms are modifiable and therefore better adapted to my use but when a customer registers for example on the WPForms form, I would like his data (name, first name, address…) to be incremented directly in JetPack so that the customer file can be created. Is this possible?
    Thank you for your help.
    Have a nice day

    Hi there!

For your first question, I recommend reading these support documents on how to get Jetpack CRM translated:

Currently, the Jetpack CRM core plugin has been 22% translated to French:

    https://translate.www.ads-software.com/projects/wp-plugins/zero-bs-crm/

For your second question, WPForms integration for Jetpack CRM is not available at this time. However, there is an open extension request for this currently under developer review. I have gone ahead and added your request to the report.

You can try to use Jetpack Forms for capturing data to CRM upon form submission. Kindly check our guide here on setting this up: https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/jetpack-contact-forms/

We also have available integrations with Contact Form 7 and Gravity Forms, through paid Jetpack CRM Contact Form 7 and Jetpack CRM Gravity Forms add-ons.

    Hope these help! Thank you!

    Hello,
    Thank you for your message.
I will take note of the links that you have sent me.
After searching on the internet for an acceptable solution to my problem, I understood that I had to install Gutenberg to be able to modify the contact forms of Jetpack. Is this correct?
So I downloaded the Gutenberg extension and disabled the classic editor extension. I now get a page with a + when creating a page, which does many things.
For the moment, I haven’t found the solution to be able to modify, as I want, the blocks of the Jetpack form. I thought I could do it through the page creation but I can’t figure out how.
    I’m a novice and it’s the first time I create a website… so I’m having a little trouble…
Would you have an approach to give me so that I can, on my site which is still in local, modify the forms as I wish?
What I would like to do is to create forms allowing to feed Jetpack (name of the customer, address, telephone, email….) so that the data collected during the seizure of the form, can automatically create the customer file on Jetpack.
For that, is it necessary to create a form with Jetpack or can I use another extension?
Indeed if WPForms would accept to integrate this information it would be great because the creation of form by WPForms is easy and the visual result of the forums is nice… but if I have to do otherwise to make it work, I will do without WPForms, as soon as I can adapt the form to my needs.
    Thank you for your help.
