Jetpack Assigned a license to the wrong account and won’t let me upgrade

I have 2 sites assigned to my account perfectpaddles.com under www.ads-software.com. I just purchased a jetpack update for one month for stats for one of them. For whatever reason, it emailed the license key to a third email address that’s not affiliated with either, the license doesn’t work on any of my sites and I can’t get help from anyone. I need this resolved ASAP. [email addresses removed by moderator — please don’t do that!]
