Jetpack Backup not Working

    JetPack Backup can connect to my server with a private key over SSH. However, I need the following unresolvable error. 

    
Error saving. Please check your credentials and try again.

We were unable to upload our helper script to the WordPress installation path on your website. It could be that we don't have write permissions for this directory, or you may be out of disk space. [vp_api_error, null]

    I took a look and all of your connections look good. When are you receiving this error? Is it when you’re trying to do something specific?

    Hi, I deleted all the Vaultpress files and temp directory and the process was completed successfully. Thank you.
