    JetPack Backup Restore Fails Causing Data Loss:

    Hi Friends – Our last JetPack Backup Restore failed, and we lost about 15% of our crucial site data. We sent email to JetPack Backup Support a week ago, after we lost crucial data, but never got a response.

    Can you please let us know how to get help after a restore that caused data loss?

    It seems JetPack Backup “Restore to this Point” restored most data, but failed to restore data from various 3rd party plugins, but we need your expert help to confirm this.

    Overall, really great backup product, we just need your expert help to better understand the backup and restore process. Specifically, exactly which site and plugin data is actually backed up, and also how to tell the difference between “Full Backups” and “Incremental Backups”.

    We look forward to using this product long term, and providing feedback for improvements on the backup and restore.
