Jetpack Blog Subscription not working

  • I am able to see the subscribers that I have on the bottom left of my Jetpack Site Stats page. However, Jetpack seemed to stop working at some point since I am unable to sign up myself for testing. When I enter my email address and then check the stats it is not there and I do not receive the emails when a blog is posted.

    I’ve seen this topic in the support section but the topics have all been closed already.

    Should I uninstall and reinstall Jetpack? I am using the most current version of Jetpack. I upgraded today but this problem was also happening in the previous version.

  • Hi there, My client’s website also failed to send out the newest blog post email. Hope this is resolved soon.
