I am using the Kalium theme with the Bookstore child theme. I have also referred this message to their support team but am reaching out here in case this is a known issue with Jetpack & someone can advise me.

When Jetpack is active, thumbnails throughout my site do not display or they display sporadically (one or two might show up, but most thumbnails on a page will not display). This is extremely frustrating for an ecommerce site.

Without Jetpack I do not have automatic tax calculation, so I’m having to cover my customers’ tax payments until I can find another suitable plugin. I also have to keep activating Jetpack to purchase shipping and then deactivating it so my site will display properly.

    Like I said: frustrating.

This began after the round of Kalium & Jetpack & WordPress updates in March. I didn’t say anything because I assumed it would be fixed in subsequent updates. However, Jetpack, WordPress, and Kalium have all had updates since then (all completed on my end) and it’s still happening. I’ve tried using Jetpack Boost, resetting the thumbnails, installing & reinstalling both Jetpack and Kalium/Bookstore. No luck.

    Any ideas?

  • Hi @detroitcomedy1

Could you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:

    1. Go to the **Jetpack** menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
    2. Scroll down to find the _Connections_ area.
    3. Click _Manage site connection_.
    4. Click **Disconnect** and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
    5. Click the **Set Up Jetpack** button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:

Then, contact us back to review your connection.
